Quality Built Into the Process
Sector Coverage
Quality at Aerox Engineering is not inspected at the end — it is built into every stage. Our multi-stage quality framework spans design validation, in-process checks, and final dimensional verification.
01
Design Validation Before Machining
CAD models and casting methoding are reviewed and validated prior to any machining activity — catching geometry or shrinkage allowance issues at the lowest cost stage.
02
In-Process Inspection During Machining
Critical dimensions are checked at defined machining stages to confirm tool paths and setups are delivering the required accuracy throughout production.
03
Surface Plate Dimensional Verification
Post-machining, all components are verified on the granite surface plate against master dimensions before assembly.
04
Scan Comparison (When Required)
Post-machining, all components are verified on the granite surface plate against master dimensions before assembly.
05
Final Inspection Before Delivery
A formal final inspection is conducted and documented before every pattern leaves the shop — ensuring dispatch conformance.

Execution Process
Pattern Development Workflow
Our structured development process ensures every pattern is engineered — not just machined.
1
Review
Customer drawing or 3D model review — understanding your casting requirements in detail.
2
Methoding
Casting methoding and pattern design — shrinkage, draft angles, parting geometry calculated.
3
CAD
CAD modelling and validation — full pattern geometry modelled and reviewed before machining.
4
Machining
VMC machining of pattern components to casting-grade dimensional accuracy.
